Welcome to the official website of Thomson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. We are a wonderful sisterhood of 45 members dedicated to serving McDuffie, Jefferson, Warren, Wilkes, Glascock, Columbia and Richmond counties.. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority was founded on Christian principles by 22 college women in 1913, at Howard University in Washington, DC. Members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority are dedicated to sisterhood, scholarship, and service in communities around the world.
It is my pleasure and honor to lead the Talented, Amazing, and Charismatic ladies of the Thomson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. . Our members are dynamic women who live and work in the communities that we serve to initiate social change and encourage academic excellence based on our organization's Five Point Programmatic Thrust:
We are excited because TAC is on the move. We are Taking our service to another level, Accelerating our scholarship efforts and Celebrating sisterhood while collectively making an impact towards social action.
If you are a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and are seeking a Delta chapter to affiliate with, I encourage you with sisterly love to attend a chapter meeting or chapter event. Meetings are typically held on the 4th Saturday of each month.

The Salvation Army of the CSRA awarded the Thomson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated the Spirit of Service Award 2021 in recognition of outstanding service to the community at The Salvation Army's Compassion in Action Annual Luncheon. The Thomson Deltas made donations to the local store, adopted and decorated a room at the Center of Hope in Augusta for homeless families to have a place for a restful night of sleep, they also served a meal, organized and restocked donations for the pantry and help to prepare the meal for the soup kitchen on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Deltas made it a day on and not a day off. Thomson Alumnae also participated in the Red Kettle Campaign during the Christmas season. President Stacy Spann stated, "Service is what we do. We strive to make a positive impact with all of our service projects. We are so thankful for the experiences we have had with the Salvation Army and The Center of Hope because they truly reinforce our love for serving and helping others from all walks of life. It has been an honor to serve".
We appreciate your interest in gaining membership into our illustrious sisterhood. At this time, Thomson Alumnae will not conduct membership intake for 2024. If our position changes, we will post our Rush activity on this website.
